What can I expert on the first home healthcare visit?

A nurse will contact you by phone to schedule the first visit. If you’re coming from a hospital or nursing facility, the initial visit will usually happen within 24 hours after you’re discharged to make the transition easier.

Does your agency screen, train and supervise the staff?

Yes, our agency provides in-service training, selects only qualified individuals and consistently monitors our caregiving staff.

 

Does a licensed home health professional supervise your support team?

Yes, a Registered Nurse oversees the care support which our staff provides to your homes.

 

Do you have an individualized care plan for every client?

Yes, we assess our client's conditions before we provide assistance. Then , we'll construct short term and long term goals for our patients. We continuously evaluate each intervention that we perform to know if our clients tolerated each procedure.

 

Can we request and terminate your services anytime?

Yes, we accept requests anytime but we can only finalize it when we have set an appointment. Our services may be terminated anytime. You only have to inform our office.

 

Do you manage your payroll and other related matters?

Yes, all matters concerning payroll will be handled by the agency and not by the care team. This will be further discussed as we set our care relationship.
